I just got a couple of the add on libraries for BASCOM, and I see that these are options on the product registration site, However, I am not sure what serial number to use, as I can't really see that there are any serials here(these are the download versions) so I wanted to ask if I am supposed to use the same serial as for BASCOM or if this is just a vestigial choice in the registering site or if it is just that these versions are not eligible for registration.

I tried to send mails to MCS support about this question, but my mails are rejected:

If I read the error message correctly, MCS uses the dsn.rfc-ignorant.org list as a blocking list, and Yahoo Mail apparently is listed for not accepting null originator mails, that is, if I understand correctly, mails without a sender adress, apparently the RFCs require these to be accepted as a measure to allow for error messages that wouldn't end in an eternal mail loop.

Anyway, I just wanted to ask if I am reading this incorrectly and that it is only I who have this problem, or if this is some issue that MCS could resolve.

As an alternative you can send your after sales question to mcselec at-sign xs4all.nl
