Can anyone steer me to a resource to learn how to build and correct the dat files?
I have three different verions of the MSC1210.dat file and I want to make one correct one for my application.

Made a .dat file for the Wiznet W7100 chip. It is a 8051 with a TCP/IP-stack. Lots of flash and RAM.
In the DAT-file: In the [BIT]-section (all registers that ends with a 0 or a 8 ), all registers that can be manipulated by bit, and in the [BYTE]-section all others. In the [MISC]-section the name of the microcontroller.
