|
|
Hi Forum,
how about making a wish for the next release? OK, this will not come for christmas this year, but I would like to make a wish.
Dear Santa Mark,
BASCOM-AVR is the best tool I ever used but I wish my BASCOM-AVR compiler could handle my SED1330 based LCD with 320x240 pixel.
....And peace on earth.

My wish-list would be:
1) Better support for using multiple .bas files ("$include") - perhaps have a project explorer window... plus something that allows me to count lines of code throughout all .bas files in a project
2) This bug fixed: if you have a file maximised, then open another one, both .bas files are now windowed, but the GUI thinks they are still maximised. |

My wish:
NEC infrared support.. Because NEC is a common used IR protocol that is used in many commercial hifi equepment.
If you want me to help with this NEC code.. I have many recources and documentation about this protocol.. But to difficult to write my own decoding of this protocol... _________________ Bascom AVR 1.11.8.8 full version

The ability to cancel a compile once it starts. Sometimes I will discover an error in code and have to wait until the compile is completed to change a line. |

And my wish is, that Santa Mark prepare the same user interface like Bascom8051 or Bascom AVR with name BASCOM PIC.

Matjaz | There is a basic compiler for pic procs.. Just search on google..
Okee i have a new request to Santa :
Support to program the AT43USB353M
This because it is the same structure as de rest of the AVR family.. but with some extra commands..
What i like @ this processor is the direct comunication with USB..
Quote from atmels PDF:
The peripherals and features of the AT43USB353M microcontroller are similar to those of the AT90S8515, with the exception of the following modifications:
• Masked ROM for program memory
• No EEPROM
• No external data memory accesses
• No SPI
• No UART
• Idle mode not supported
• USB Hub with attached function
• On-chip ADC

Why? the PIC's are PIG's, LOL. They cost a lot more for less performance & features and have a very lousy upgrade policy.....
Add the fact that they were not able to develop a functional reset circuit within 10 years...... _________________ Juergen
