Hi,
I want to connect two (or more) i2c TCP/IP W3100A tcpip modules to my avr.
I expect i can set the i2 adres on the modules, and config the two.
But then. ?
How can i receive data from module 1 and relay them to module 2.
What i want to make is an configurabel "switch" which i can switch on or off, so the kids can use msn only in the weekend, or between 17:00 till 19:00. But the must be able to use the browser. So a relay hardwired is not my option. i want to do it in software.
It looks to me like you are making things difficult, I don't
think it is possible to use two IIM7010's on one AVR, there
are not enough registers to do so.
Why don't you buy an additional router and place that
between your kids computer and the internet. And then
configure the router to block ports? The only thing is that
you cannot set time intervals.
Remeber that blocking port will not be sufficient to block
MSN... that can be reached thru a proxy server or by
web interface. (e-messenger.net)
