where and how can I get a unique mac-adress for my easy-tcp-module? What about the costs?
Best regards |

Hi,
Do you really want to pay for a mac adress !
Choose one yourself, the chance that the same mac adress is in your network is zero (ok almost zero).

Or use the MAC-address of a broken or old networkcard you have.
Have fun

Good afternoon
I faced the same problem in 'IIM7000A' and '7010A', too.
MCS doesn't work out a definite answer.
I bought 'MAC ADDRESS' with WEB.
It was 100 yen in the single address.
But, it couldn't be bought only in the One address.
A minimum Lot was from 50 address.
However, it could be bought safely because it was 6000 yen with taxes.
Do you try to search for you as well with WEB, and how do you like yourself? _________________ Fujio Tsujiura |

Hi,
sorry, I do not have any plans how to get legal mac-adresses. Posting this here was my first attempt. But I will check this and leave some information as soon as I have the info.
Best regards |

Hi folks,
to get legal mac adresses you have to get a Individual Organizationally Unique Identifier (OUI) from the IEEE organisation. then you are registred with the IEEE and you can assign 4095 mac adresses to the hardware you sell. This is the only leagal way I know. It is quite costly:550 US$
