Hi,
I noticed when the USART is not transmitting data, the port is 'high' and drives quit a bit of current into the connected periphery. The only way to get this port low is to disable the USART. So Two questions:
How do I disable the UART on the ATMEGA328 and keep the D1 pin low?
How can I enable it again?
