Hello,
I'm writing to you to ask, if you have problem with programming fuses using UPDI also.
I'm able to read program, write it. When I'm going to fuses window is refreshing (reading data). By changing RESET port function (from I/O to Reset) and pressing enter, button "write" is available. After writing them, fuse window is refreshing again and old values are visible.
I checked it also from HW point of view, and Reset port is not working as intended function. Main program is working OK.
Baud: 19200, ext. CLK = 12.288 MHz.
Thanks for support!

after research : the DB/DA family uses a different method to write fuses. it uses internal eeprom. writing of eeprom also uses a different method.
the writing of user signatures appears to be the same for all families but where for xtiny and megax the normal write procedure worked, for DB/DA it requires a total different procedure : the one from the datasheet.
So all of this has been corrected. _________________ Mark |
