question about spi atmega8 max frequency for adc or freq m

what is the max spi clock for atmega 8

1)is it possible to realise a freqmeter with spi clock as input ?

2)is it possible to realise a DAC at the output of the data spi using a diode and a capacitor and eventualy a signal generator ?

3)is it possible to realise in some way a adc using the spi of data ?

4) is it possible to realise a component tester or capacitor tester by the same why ?

5) is it possible to reroute the main clock to the spi clock when the cpu is working ?
