Member ranks and titles

This forum does not use a ranking system. But there are titles.
Some users should have multiple titles but the forum software cannot handle that.
If you feel you know someone that deserves a (new) title, you can email to support. You can only request a title for another user. Some users do not want to have a title other than member.

MODERATOR is both an EXPERT and forum moderator.

MEMBER : As soon as you join you are a member. It does not matter if you ask questions or reply with help to posts.

ADMINISTRATOR : This is the administrator that moderates the forum. Nothing special about it, except that the admin can move or mod your post. The admin does not necessarily has expert knowledge. It is an administrative function.

AMBASSADOR : The ambassador is a user that contributes in a special way. With projects, help and expertise he/she spreads knowledge about BASCOM. Projects and sources are shared on the forum.

EXPERT : The expert is a long time BASCOM user. He/she knows all ins and outs and in most cases, is an expert in multiple fields but the Expert is about BASCOM. In addition to this, the expert has helped members on the forum for a long time.

MODERATOR : A moderator can moderate one or more forums. He/she is an EXPERT user and on top of that the moderator.

LCD GURU : This user is an expert BASCOM user and LCD ASM library creator. He has created and shared many ASM libraries for various displays.
