Hello to everybody Wink

Im beginner with MCU programming and I need help for my project. I need to convert analog to digital value using: ADC MCP 3004 with MCU AT89s52.

My ADC is SPI supported and since my MCU doesnt have SS pin I cannot use it for HW SPI communication,right??

I need to configure it with SW SPI, so can someone explain me how to do it and does it work good as HW SPI?

Does Shiftout and Shiftin in Bascom supports multiple variables to be accessed? Something like in Basic Stamp SHIFTOUT MOSI, SCLK, MSBFIRST, [var1\8,var2\8,var3\8].. Idea
