all AVR chips with ISP interface. THese are all bascom supported AVR chips , the Xmega excluded. Xmega needs PDI. when you want to be sure, let me know which chips you want to program.
in the PDF of the processor you can also find information about memory programming. if it mention ISP programming, it is supported.

tiny2313 uses ISP so any programmer will do.
