LCD with HD44780

Hi everyone ,
I don't know if i'm on the good topics for this problem, and i'm sorry if not.
I have a question/problem with simple and low cost LCD with HD44780 driver. I'm working on a project where I must have LCD 2X16, but this project must work with a single cell battery (li-ion or lipo), but my problem is with the working voltage of this LCD type.

With the max power a 1 cell battery is about 4,2V, and can work for 4,2V to 3V, and here is the problem with the LCD, I have search on google a lcd 2X16 that is compatible with 4 bit and work with the voltage from 3V to 5V for example and I can't found it.
Please can everyone help me or have a link to buy this type of LCD ?

if you try search for 3.3V you get lots of lcd's via g..gle
