Configuration Speed Port W701V for Camera

Hi - I need help for setting up a camera system on Web.
I can see the video already on my monitor but I fail to see it on the Webbrowser. I have conected the Networkcabel to my Bascom recorder and I set the IP adress in the Menu of the recorder as described in the manual.
Wenn I open Explorer with the IP of the camera I see a dark-blue screen. On my mobile I get the same screen. Using Firefox I get the same screen. I checked also the active X element settings in the browser- with no change. I don't know if it is a router Problem? Could someone help me please.
