I am working on a small project using ATMEL AT89C2051 chip and to prepare a basic program.

How to set 2KB size limit ?
$regfile = "89c2051.dat" is giving error as "file not found" on compile. I dont find it in drop down Option->Compiler-> Chip area. How to resolve ? Kindly help.

you probably need to re-install.
