De laatste versie van Bascom-8051 Free op een andere PC down

Hallo allemaal,

Na 2 jaar geen Bascom meer te hebben gebruikt wil ik graag de nieuwste gratis Bascom-8051 versie plaatsen op mijn PC.
Ik vermoed dat er een virus zit in de file die te downloaden is op de MCSelec-site !!!!!!
Verder wil mijn programmer SE-511P met de oude Bascom-8051 versie 2002 niet werken. Mijn com-kabel is van het nulmodemtype.
Wie kan mij helpen?

There is no virus in the download, you can test it with virustotal.com
Some free anti virus products behave bad by giving users false positives. It is probably a marketing strategy so you know their software still exist and is 'working' while in fact there is no problem. I can only advise to contact the vendor and supply them with all info so they can fix their signature files. A better advise is to get a more reliable scanner.

to update : read the help about updates. if you want the free demo, that one is a bit outdated but you can simply download it without registration.
