Hello guys,
I have strange behaviour of cursor in dead code. It looks like every space between words adds few pixels to cursor and shifts it to the right, so at the picture we can see the is cursor somewhere half way on "s" position but it edits letter "i". More spaces and cursor is quite far from its actual editing position. I have a diferrent font Segoe UI and I noticed if I pick a wider font (Arial unicode) problem just increases.

(BASCOM-AVR version : 2.0.8.6 )

I do not know if you have Italic selected for Dead Code? you might try to turn it off.
There is also a setting 'Use monofont' you can try.

Dead code is intended to be used when your project is done. The reason is that the editor checks on the background the code and colors accordingly. this takes some time and when you edit the code the difference in style can give these weird effects.

Consolas is a good editor font i can recommend.

This is my settings. However setting to Consolas solved that issue.

"Dead code is intended to be used when your project is done" - I understand that, but when I was writing the code which hasen't been used yet editor marks it as dead code too, and aditional edition of that code with cursor misposition was annoying, but it is now irrelevant since setting to Consolas solved that issue. Thank you.
