hi
I was looking for a small display (2 or 3") not too expensive, if possible color and with graphic capabilities.

I was very interested in the work of O'familly, https://www.mcselec.com/index2.php?option=com_forum&Itemid=59&page=viewtopic&t=15021 but these displays are not graphic.
Finally I tried the Nextion Discoveries displays
Compared to the other enhanced...intelligent...families they are less expensive but they have also much less possibilities, however they are perfect for my need. I really like the display speed and the serial interface that uses only 2 wires.
I already published here https://www.mcselec.com/index2.php?option=com_forum&Itemid=59&page=viewtopic&t=14834&highlight=nextion my work on Nextion and to make this clock I always use the same include files
except that the Discoveries displays don't allow to overlay the Gauge so I drew the needles with the Line, circle... drawing options.
I use here the 2,4" 320x240pixel

If you need more information let me know.
