How in case of 90/270 degrees rotation would it be possible to project an image of 128 x 64 pixels onto a screen of 64 x 128 pixels?
By saving the exat Picture twice. In 128x64 and 64x128. I dont know what the Problem is?. The recieving data is no Picturedata, it is just Data for showing Numbers.

As you seem to have missed Bascom's help, which btw. is pretty good, and commands are extensively described, I wonder how smart the device will be, if the maker of same device did not find out there is no rotate command for images and seems to posses little understanding about the hurdles of image processing.
Maybe it would advance your project if you describe what you want to do and ask for ideas to achieve your goal, instead of holding on to concepts which won't work out. |
Thanks for the Aggressive answer that didnt Help
My Intension is to make it Awesome!

Read the Header.
I know you live just now, but i want to go Further. The secondary Idea was maybe to Inspire the MCSelec Team to Implement that funktion. |

If it is dynamic data, then saving complete images of full resolution seems utter nonsense, one would rather save images of the numbers at required resolution.

In case the pictures should provide only a frame for said dynamic data, then

the problem seems too be in your head. I hope at least your knowledge goes that far, to understand a BGF is static and saved to flash.
Assumed the controller is not an ATTiny8 and provides sufficient flash, then simply save the frame four times, one for each direction.
BGF is run length encoded, thus if it is only a frame for data with lots of empty space, the resulting size of the BGF for each orientation will be rather small.

I can't help if my reply was not enough to pull you out of your daydream onto the solid grounds of earth.

Many intentions, many daydreams, in the moment your knowledge is in clear minority.

After you have really done your 99 percent and it shows good results, I'll be happy to be the first to acknowledge it.
Oh, the header did only tell me that you're not able or too lazy to read the help. It did not tell what the final result should be.
As I got the impression you're needing more help than you can imagine, I've suggested to tell more about your project to allow forum members to offer alternative views and ideas.

So, you hate People they want to Learn with Stoneage Hardware?
You like People they was Born with the Complete AVR Help and Beyond?

There's no such as like or hate in my posts, usually it's simply technical conversation.
Conversion is fun with those TOs reacting intelligently and who are eager for knowledge, it's boring with those don't doing their homework, expecting fried chicken to fly into their mouth.
Well, and some deserve to have a mirror put in front of their nose.

What did you see? |
