I can't program my microprocessor

Helo
When I try send to chip proogram i see:
"Could not identify chip with ID:FFFFFF" and
"Selected chip and target chip do not match AT90S2312 <> ATMEGA161"
When i click on "Lock and Fuse Bits" I see "READLB entry not found"
When I try "Write buffer to flash ROM" I see "Writing ROM" and it don't disapire. What can i do to program my microprocessor ?

Looks like there is something wroing with the fusebits.
Have you changed them? If so, how did you put them (if you can remember).
