Graphic LCD and libraries Mrshilov

I received LCDs as in the picture below

Despite the different names, some look the same etc ...
Additionally on the underside of the PCB, each has a different designation
LM15SGFNZ04 -> Sharp N1404CP
LM15SGFNZ04 -> Sharp N1423CP
LM15SGFNZ07 -> Sharp N1422CP

The screen remains dark and it seems that it is the fault of contrast, but
contrast adjustment in terms of byte does not bring the expected result.

Have any of you met with a similar preoblemem, who managed to solve?

LM15SGFNZ04 has unknown controller. Maybe LH15AB. Datasheet unfound.

Exactly also I can not find the information what was inside.
