|
|
Hi,
I have a ADC TLC549IP 8-bit i want to read the data from the device using the RTS DTR and CD pins but have no idea where to start.
Is there a help file somewhere that might explain?
I eventually want to read the values, 0 - 255 and then translate to a string and display on a LCD.
I have a idea about the translating and displaying, but no clue on how to retrieve the data from the ADC to start with.
Thanks in advance.
(BASCOM-AVR version : 2.0.7.8 ) |

I cant get that code to work on my atmega8a.
I am using AVR and this code was designed on 8051 apart from the port assignment is there a any other differences?
The code checks and loads OK, just doesnt seem to be reading the ADC. Is the internal clock of the atmega8a good enough to work with the TLC549 ? |

The ATM8a runs at 1MHz out of the box, which still may be fast enough, and you have to use the pin-register of the port for DOUT.
Are you aware of that?
Else - show you're code, if you want more specific answers. |
