Xmega A3.. EEPROM write problem

The problem is described in http://www.atmel.com/Images/doc8241.pdf.
In short: Write to EEPROM does not work, after write the data and reset the processor, EEPROM returns to the FF in all cells. This applies to the A3 models ..
The procedure allows the factory to get around the error is quite complex, someone tried to resolve?

Dear Tiny, and I have XMEGA128A3U used in the project and I can not change it. I do not understand what do you suggest?
Currently, I am fighting with the problem and finally win. It is strange that no one yet has not met with this because a lot of these comments on the net ...
