These are better known as USBASP-programmers. Simply select that in Bascom IDE - Options - Programmer. _________________ Bascom AVR ver 2.0.8.6

The best thing to have is two of them as you can use the other one to update the software in the programmer then switch over and update the other search with google on USBASP you will then find the latest firmware for it. Mark at MCS Electronics also has programmers.
If you look in various section you will find the one I have, one thing is though I find it works better if I set the AVR to a 1MHz clock with the fuse bits first then program the AVR then set the fuse bits back to the crystal I am using.
