Does the Bascom assembler put an eof at the end of the .bin file? If so what is it?
The eof(#nn) function doesn't seem to give me 0 when it should. ( my nn = 128). I'm reading the .bin file and having trouble deciding ( elegantly) when i'm at the end.

My previous post related to reading a .bin file via a telite modem using FTP, and it seems that somewhere in the process the eof gets lost or not passed. On the other hand, if I read a .bin file from an SD card directly connected to the processor, the eof(#nn) works correctly, so back to the drawing board.
