5V vs 3.3V

Hi!
I have just taken the dust of my old EasyTCPIP board and soldered it all together. My version is so "old" that the is has got no strapping for 5V/3.3V.
Has anyone out there modified an old board to run on 5V? The IIMS7000 has of course to work on 3.3V!

Hi, and welcome to this friendly forum.

There is no need for 3.3V the IIM7000 is 5V tolerant.
I have a newer TCP/IP board with the 3.3 / 5 volt jumper and use it at 5V because i have attached a graphic lcd wich will only work at 5V.
The IIM7000 is still working Wink

Yes, I know that the IIM7000 has got 5V tolerant inputs, but it's still supplied with 3.3V as power Smile

It's a bit difficult to follow the tracks on my old pcb, so I just wondered if anyone have done the modification to an old board.
