I have heard very good things about this group PCB service. http://oshpark.com/ I think he even does international orders. Prices and delivery times look good.

I have also found these as well offering a batch order processing. I have not used any of these but it would be nice to know the relative cost differences and how they perform.

(Did my Portable Tuner/MP3 Player with these guys. For first time customers, offer a great deal, got 2 of a 7"x4.5" 4-layer PCB with test for $100!!). Good quality.

Rick - Thanks for adding to the list. Both of those look interesting. I hope if anyone tries them they will tell us how it went. I like that BatchPCB does single units. For complex designs that will be a big plus.

Just to make the list of group order fab houses complete in one place I'll re-post the one that I have tried so far.

10 - 1x1inch double sided boards for $10.00usd plus $4.00usd for shipping.
The quality of the boards were very good and the whole thing took 17 days.

I have come across this maker http://www.wondom.com prices seem not too bad for the size of the board up to 6 layers can be done and will send normal post or UPS.
