make a bootloader program in PC side...!?

Hi

i want to write some code in VB and make my own Application for program my AVRs chip based on Bootloader.
i will use from firmware of Bascom that exist in sample folder.

i know VB and can work with COM port in the VB. but i don't know that should be begin my code from here?

can anyone help me to write this Application?

Take a look at my site, there's a sample in VB.
Use the search button for bootloader.
