IR cut filter camera on/off code not working

Hello All,
I trying to write some code to get the IR Cut Filter on a Hitachi VK Series camera to work. I'm not sure what I'm reading though.

I just need to figure out what string to use so I could toggle it In or Out.

I think I can write the code if I just knew what strings to send. I also plan on having an LED come on at a certain state. If anyone can help me clarify this I would appreciate it.

'Write to cam IR Cut Filter
