has anybody infos about alternate editors like programmers notepad, PSpad or other something like this for bascom compiler?

ahh ok, thx, but after testing PN - its a bad solution!
compile - errors with directives
includes - bad and wrong line numbers, cant jump to correct line and file..
other ideas? |

While not available yet here is something that will be a good alternative :
http://basavrhelp.mcselec.com/index.html
The help is not up to date however and only the parts describing the IDE are different from BASCOM-AVR.
When available? I do not give dates but it moved to the top of the list so hopefully sooner then later. _________________ Mark |

ohh! the help file can edit sources and compile with the bascom commadn line compiler? great! |

The new IDE looks very impressive, judging by the screenshots in the online help. It looks like a lot of the things I don't like about the current IDE have been changed/fixed, so can't wait to try it! _________________ If all else fails, read the manual. Even better: read the manual before something fails. If you can't find it in the manual, search the forum.
