help for usb avr programmer

Hi,
At present I am using AVR ISP (parallel port) with ponyprog 2000 software.But I am planning to buy a laptop & now a day’s laptop doest have parallel or serial ports.So trying some usb programmer for AVR

I tested the usbasp from http://www.fischl.de/usbasp/
Installed usb device drivers from usbasp.2007-07-23.tar file. Working ok
But now my problem is which software I have to use for programming AVR micro controllers because my knowledge above programming is not so good & I don’t understand how to use Avrdude-5.4 software.

Does AVRSTUDIO or WinAVR programmer support usbasp
If yes then which setting I have to use?

I tested one more usb programmer from

& I think is almost the same circuit used by roboktis AVR High Speed USB Programmer

AVR Studio 4 & Bascom supports this programmer, which is STK500 compatible

But the circuit is not as simple as usbasp

Hi

I use usbasp for some time and is a very good programmer. I find on the net a windows software for it at http://www.zhifengsoft.com/progisp166.exe and work very well.
