Hi.

I am working on a project and someone suggested that I could use cheap 'muffin motors'. I did a google search with little luck.

Apparently, a muffin motor is used in small fans, like the cooling fans used in computers.

Any leads where I can find some? Or (better yet) can anyone show me a link or a book title where I can learn more about how to make them??

Thanks and Regards,

Pete

Hi Pete,

Rotron owns the trademark "Muffin". (Used for AC fans and brushless DC fans).

Same as when you say "Open the Frigidaire", Frigidaire was the brand-name
of the first electric self-contained refrigerator.

Best regards,
