I am looking for a development board for a new project. This is what I need:
Mega 128 or better ( 256k device with 100 pins would be nice!)
16Mhz (there are a lot of 8mhz boards available but I run at 5v & 16mhz)
32K SRAM
SD or Mini-SD card socket might be able to improvise with a serial dataflash.
LCD connector would be nice but I can wire one up if I need to.
Wiznet support would be nice- I am planning to use the W5100
Does anyone know of a board that meets my requirements? Most of the boards I have seen are 3.3v MEGA128L parts.
Thanks! |

Yes. I tried Olimex. They don't have boards with XRAM, etc. I have one of their boards with the LCD and it is a great tool to prototype apps with! |

Hi,
How about this one:

Uses the MEGA128 (NOT the L version) and the board can be configured to run at 5.0 or 3.3 volts, however, the SD card reader must run at 3.3 volts.
Also, Jean Pierre Duval told me of a board that he has, but I lost the link to it. If JP is listening, maybe he can give the link??
Good luck.
