The maximum length for data is the amount of code memory or eeprom size, search for $data and $eeprom.
Also take a look at $bigstring maybe that is what you are looking for.

If the software thinks that a button is pressed when it is not but only you hand is nearby the button i recommend to take a look at the hardware. |

Thanks for your answer.
I use a commercial USB to RS485 converter between the PC and the microcontroller.
When i "print" something to a terminal emulator at 115200 baud it works fine.

Did someone made an applicatie using Modbus.
It works for me but only up to 2400 baud, above that only the fist one or two packets are handled, after that the packets become corrupted.

What I need to know is do I need the slave lib to do a transfer direct from the larger to the smaller AVR
Yes, in order to receive I2C data and act on it you need the I2C slave lib. |

aaargh, it was the JTAG.
Everytime when i read here the advise to disable JTAG (and that is quite often) i think to myself "everybody know that you must disable JTAG"

Avcc is connected to Vcc which is 3.3 volt
I did try the PORTF = 0 but in doesn't help.
This is really strange.

I think it is not allowed to do a calculation in an array like O_s(i + 1)
You must calculate i + 1 first. |
