This makes no sense; the $baud statement screws up the data out...
Sure it makes sense. PortD.0 is the hardware uart RXD pin. The $BAUD statement sets up the hardware uart (which takes precedence ove ...

Instead of using DEBOUNCE (since the interrupt already triggers on the falling edge of the button)... just try using the following.
IF INT5_Triggered = TRUE THEN

WAITms 30
RESET INT5_Tr ...

There is a blurb in the help regarding the following...

"When DEBOUNCE is executed again, the state of the switch must have gone back in the original position before it can perform another branch. ...

So let me ask then... are you expecting to pump data out of this AVR at a continuous clock rate (no pause between bytes) of 2 MHz? This would give approx 500ns (or less) to update SPDR with the next b ...

Try hardware SPI in slave mode. The data-in line to the AVR can be tied high / low or left floating since you aren't sending data from the external device. Tie the AVR SS pin to ground if your externa ...

You can't use a variable for pins...
You can use variables for pins... just not for DEBOUNCE because it generates hard code for the selected pin.

As Evert mentioned (and I have told you before)... PCINT stands for "PIN CHANGE INTERRUPT". It will generate an interrupt on any selected pin in any direction from what it used to be. You do not get t ...
