I see no reason for the huge delay. I ordered a 3V lcd so i can test it on an xmega.
I will also include a modified version of Luciano's lib in the next release. This will use the WR pin. |

I see no good reason why the xmega would send 0.
maybe the uart is not ready yet, or the baud rate is not correct.
try a small delay when the bootloader is executing : a small delay before any seri ... |

try to overlay the double with a byte array. and then rotate the byte array.
i could not see any use for rotating doubles, but if it is very important i can add it. |

$baud is needed to enable the TX/RX pins. Without it, you can use the tx/rx pins for something else.
Since the fist chips have fixed N,8,1, it was never needed/possible to specify.

to solve it is simple:
dim w as word
w= Mydata Mod 10 ' now we get word math
Myarray(i) =w' this will assign the byte part of w to the byte array |

you assign a byte, but you use a word. So this word is treated as a byte.
Just like :
dim b as byte, w as word
w=1000
b=w
print b ' will NOT be 1000 but w and 255.

you assign a byte, and then the whole operation it treated as a byte operation, no matter that you use a word ... |
