Mega328P are armed with PCINT on the every pin. You can start timer for "one or more byte long for the given baudrate" and somehow handle the timeout.

It will find first occurence. Next find you will get with F3

You can call find with CTRL+F3 and then type word to find or highlight some piece of code and then CTRL+F
