A capacitor in parallel to the Xtal will always slow your freq. down.

Iīve had that problem too. In my case, the solution was easy:
There are two different adapterbords avaliable from MCS.

My easyTCP/IP does still not work. The SMD Vreg gives 3.0V at Uin = 5V.
It should be 3.3V?
