A few days ago talking about this. In Options->Enviroment->IDE -> just uncheck box "Autosave on compile" then compiler ask for new name for the file.

I think You don`t need do nothing. That pin is normal to the moment when You execute command "getADC". Then the microprocessor measures the value in quiet mode
