did you connect a 32 KHz xtal ?
you use config clock which requires this xtal. |

you should have a look at the other points as well.
if the problem is too little frame space, it is reproducible and it will behave the same.
the last dimensioned variables will be overwritten first ... |

if you have such a problem, it means that some variable is overwritten. this can be caused by ;
- using overlay : take care with that, while powerfull, it can also lead to problems when you point to ... |

In the MCS on line shop you can find the USB-ISP and the Kamprog. Both are USB programmers.
If you want to get an mkII , i would recommend the original atmel AVRISP-MKII.

STK600 is supported in bascom but only for the ISP and PDI modes. HV mode is not supported.
