the bug is not in the def file because it would come up on every single one.
The problem is with your definition of "R." for Alias!
Change the "R" to something else and it works.

Why not configure the timer as counter and use a higher prescale.
The rountrip runtime of 50 cm is already over 3 msec.
Or not?
