Bear in mind: I2C is intended to comunicate between IC on one and the same board (Inter-Integrated_Circuit = IIC = IC = I2C).

Your main loop contains a wait of one sec. You cannot do anything during that long time.
This is not a good stucture for any programm.
The main loop should run as fast and as often as any possible ...

the proper indent feature is great!
I would just like to have the tab size according to the setting in the editor options.
A 3 spaces tab leads to wide rows in some cases.

As mentioned before, Ls and Cs spead all over a circuit "just in case" can lead to unpredictabel behavior. Do you really need the 100H choke?
100H seems a lot, and it adds it's inner R into the sup ...

So should this not give 0.1 and not 0.0

NOT 0.1 and NOT 0.0? This is typo, obviously.

What value is displayed in your LCD, and what did you expect?
The simulator says Y to be 0.
0 is the next ...
