try to optimize variable types by reducing them to the shortest length type
now that you have only 1% free memory code it is time to try using assembly programming (if possible)

Then, it is probably from the bridge. Can you figure if the bridge is using spanning tree ? I think that if you turn off spanning tree then you will solve the problem. |

It seems that during failure a spanning tree algorithm is taking place initiated from a dell machine.
you may have to disable spanning tree. |

I think that you are asking for too much power.
300ma X 12V X 4 switches = 14.4 VA = 14.4 W
That is too much power to control from a single device.
You may use 4 solid state relays instead : ... |

bascom does not allow you to use differences or sums
You have to use a temporal variable in order to value the difference and then use the result in you program
