You are shure, that you don't have problems with hardware.

Hi,

I want to use the buffer for com1 but also the interrupt if there is a character received.
The thing is that i get an error if i use both.
Delete the 'Config Serialin0 = Buffered , Size = 20' ...

You're aware that a level interrupt is executed as long as the pin level matches ?
Means at pin low the uC is 100 percent busy executing the ISR.

MWS How do you mean, the pin from RC5 is connected ...

I have a problem with detecting rc5 when the atmel is in powerdown mode.
The program should be awake when pressing any rc5 on the remote and do a reset when i press only 1 specific key.

I use a AT MEGA1281 for serial communication with buffers.
But I have a random crash of the application.
Now I see that AT MEGA1281 use R23.

So I add a push / pop in my interrupt routine. ...
