I am saddened to hear of Ben's passing. And also of Ian's wife's passing. Both too young to "leave the building".

Is there a special reason to use that protocol?

Have you investigated the S.N.A.P. alternative? It has BASCOM examples.

EDC,

Do you hear the "click" sound after each file if you replay them in Audacity or any other player? Is the click caused by the Bascom code perhaps?
