I have tried to update my version to the latest version, but it just stops responding in windows 10.
And I do have a valid license for that version, that I'm using now

I did check the datasheet and you are correct.
I guess I will just switch to the atmega128 instead, as I still need a lil more I/O.

Yes on the right track, it reads the right way.
As for dividing by 4 it's not needed, as the adc and pwm are both 10 bit.
