That's a good point. I don't know why the index is inconsistent between LOOKUP and LOOKDOWN. The index should be the same either way. Either make it 0 or 1 based but not both. |

Well, here is the way it works (when working correctly). DATA in flash begins with the index 0... so if there is a first element match, the return should be 0 (not 1).

Readeeprom can already accept the label name as part of it's argument so you can jump to Label2 whenever you wish.

Chris... for the purpose of testing you should comment out the buffered serial config code (both ends). They only add complexity to a simple process. |

When PRINTBIN'ing from an array, I don't think Bascom is smart enough to know what you want. Just because you DIM'd the array as SINGLE doesn't mean Bascom knows to send 4 bytes for each arr ... |
