Dec2sexagesi.bas : do simulation .
i found it very difficult to convert a decimal number to degrees .
This works but i'm not satisfied in fact : aspecilaly between 0
and -1 it's tricky . The purpose is to read on LCD the angle of an axis .
On it there is an encoder with 10000pulses .I choise a Word as variable.
The middle is : 25000 ---> 35000 to keep it simple .
One turn must give successively :
25000--->0°
27500--->+90°
30000--->0°
32500--->-90°
35000--->0°
One(1) pulse = 360*60/1000 = ~2 arcmin.
Thus it make no sense to display arcsec.
It's for digital circle (declination) for telescope
