Hi guys,
I read in the help file for TCP/IP TWI that the NM7010A board isn't necessary, and that you can interface directly to the W3100A and RealTek chips placed directly on your own PCB. Question 1: Did I read this correctly? Question 2: Where can I find these chips? I've searched DigiKey, Newark, and Mouser with no success. Do any distributors carry these chips or do I have to contact the manufacturer?

And I've seen two different names for the module, the NM7010A and the IIM7010A ... is there a difference?

Thanks,
Brad

I hope I understood the question correctly.

The W3100A can be found here
http://www.iinchip.com/wiznet/index.html

In Europe they can be bought here:
http://www.iinchip.com/wiznet/buy_europe.html

In USA they can be bought here:

Have fun
