I am searching for lowest power lcd avalable for a battery powered system.
may Mr Mrshilov know exactly about it.
the prefered communication is spi.
i have a board using a 7segment lcd that using 5uA without backlight, but ordering same display may be impossible because it produced for a special board.
if is any compant that produce a lcd for about 200 number according to my order,i can order it, else i want to use graphical lcd that supported code in MCS froum and lowest power consumption.

A display like Nokia 3310/5110 may do the job. Without backlight, the current consumption is very low, but I doubt if it will use the 5uA you currently have. 200uA is more likely (I found that figure, .... did not measure it) _________________ Bascom AVR ver 2.0.8.6
