Now I found the problem again.
It works well.
But the input pinb.1,pinb.2,pinb.3,and pinb.4 are active low.
I have no idea to convert the program so I get active HIGH.

Because in My ATMEGA 8 , the pin,I intended to be an Input port
Port B is about 2.5 volt.....
